[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, May 2, 2025 — AlbaMon, a leading South Korean part-time job matching platform, has confirmed that more than 22,000 user resumes were exposed in a recent cyberattack.

In a notice posted on its homepage, the company announced that it detected unauthorized access to its “Resume Preview” feature on April 30 and took immediate action to block the intrusion. Despite successfully halting the attack, AlbaMon confirmed that personal information from 22,473 temporarily saved resumes was leaked.

The compromised data may include names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses, though the exact details vary by user. AlbaMon stated that it has already notified affected users individually and reported the incident to the relevant government authorities on May 1.

“We take this incident very seriously,” the company said. “We are conducting a full-scale security audit and will significantly strengthen our personal data protection systems to prevent any recurrence.”
