11st Implements Third Consecutive Round of Voluntary Retirement to Strengthen Profitability

[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, August 19 — SK Square subsidiary 11st has initiated its third consecutive round of voluntary retirement programs since June, underscoring the company’s drive toward profitability-focused management.



On August 12, the company launched its fifth “Next Career Support Program” alongside its second “Special Leave Program,” available to all employees with at least one year of service. The program includes enhanced severance packages, a two-month transition period, and up to six months of salary depending on tenure.



Since conducting its first-ever voluntary retirement program in 2023, 11st has continued streamlining its organization to improve efficiency. In Q2 2024, the company narrowed its operating loss by 44.2% year-on-year to KRW 10.2 billion, while revenue fell 18.1% to KRW 110.3 billion.
