[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] A system error has caused check-in delays for T’way Air passengers at airports across South Korea.

According to T’way Air on July 25, the issue arose following a system update conducted earlier in the morning. As a result, check-in counters at all domestic airports, including Gimpo International Airport, are experiencing disruptions due to the malfunction.

T’way Air staff are currently guiding passengers manually at airport counters in accordance with contingency protocols.

A company representative stated, “We are working to identify the cause of the system error and restore services, but we cannot confirm the exact time of recovery at this point.”
