[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Samsung Electronics India had promoted the release of a "new color" for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but it was later confirmed to be a misunderstanding due to internal communication issues.

On Monday (local time), Samsung India’s X (formerly Twitter) account teased the launch of a new color for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, stating, "It's time to embrace the darkness. Your Galaxy is coming soon in a completely new Ultra color," and posted an image with the phrase 'Dark · Bold · Ultra.'

Two days earlier, on the 15th, they had also shared a teaser image with a dark tone, saying, "Get ready to embrace a completely new shade of style."

Following the post, there was speculation in the industry that a new model featuring a variation of black might be released. Some even speculated that a "dark gray" version could be launched, based on the gray S Pen visible in the image.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in four standard colors: Titanium Silver Blue, Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, and Titanium White Silver, as well as three exclusive colors available only on Samsung.com: Titanium Jet Black, Titanium Jade Green, and Titanium Pink Gold.
