[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] CEOs of LG Group affiliates, including LG Electronics, headed to Germany.

According to related industries on the 15th, top executives of LG affiliates including LG Vice Chairman Kwon Bong-seok, LG Electronics President Cho Joo-wan, LG Display President Chung Chul-dong, LG Energy Solutions President Kim Dong-myung, LG Innotek Vice President Moon Hyuk-soo and LG Electronics VS Business Vice President Eun Seok-hyun visited Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany from the 11th to 12th (local time). From Mercedes-Benz, top executives, including CEO Ola Calenius and Markus Schafer Chief Technology Officer (CTO), attended the meeting.

The two companies also conducted technology exchanges in the form of tech shows along with business meetings for strategic collaboration.

LG opened 'LG Tech Day 2024' at the Innoberg Exhibition Hall in the headquarters of Mercedes-Benz and introduced electric products.

At the closed-door tech show, LG said electric vehicle batteries, automatics, electric vehicle drives, vehicle displays, vehicle headlamps and radars We introduced a variety of battlefield technologies, including automotive sensors, including LiDAR.

LG Electronics is supplying vehicle infotainment system and vehicle lighting to Mercedes-Benz.
