[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Lotte Property & Development has initiated the sale of two logistics centers located in Anseong and Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, as part of its liquidity enhancement strategy. The combined value of the assets is estimated at approximately KRW 200 billion.

According to investment banking industry sources, the company has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a sales advisor for the transaction involving the Anseong Central Distribution Center (CDC) and the Icheon Daedaeri Logistics Center. Lotte plans to proceed with proposal submissions and presentations before finalizing its advisor selection.

The Anseong CDC, scheduled for completion by the end of this year, is a low- and medium-temperature logistics complex located in Hyunmae-ri, Seoun-myeon, Anseong-si. The facility spans approximately 40,000 square meters across one basement level and four above-ground floors. It has been fully pre-leased to Lotte Wellfood, the group's food affiliate, under a 20-year lease agreement to operate as a dedicated ice cream logistics hub.

The Icheon Daedaeri Logistics Center, located in Daewol-myeon, Icheon-si, features two basement levels and four above-ground floors, with a total floor area of approximately 27,928 square meters. The property is currently entirely vacant.

Through the sale, Lotte Property & Development aims to strengthen its financial position while contributing to the group’s broader strategic asset portfolio realignment.
