[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Hanon Systems issued a regulatory filing on May 16 to clarify recent media reports regarding the consolidation of its domestic and overseas manufacturing facilities, stating that no specific details have been finalized.
The company explained that while it is indeed considering consolidating plants in response to rapidly changing market conditions—such as shifts in tariff policies—and to improve operational efficiency, no concrete decisions have been made regarding the specifics of the plan.
