[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SEOUL, Sept. 4, 2025 – CJ ENM announced today that it will begin supplying 18 premium K-content titles to Amazon’s advertising-based video-on-demand (AVOD) platform MX Player in India starting September 8.



The lineup includes globally acclaimed dramas such as Lovely Runner, My Lovely Liar, Wedding Impossible, Twinkling Watermelon, and Delightfully Deceitful. Additional titles will be rolled out through next year.



To maximize local appeal, all CJ ENM titles will be dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, reflecting India’s diverse linguistic and cultural landscape.



This partnership marks CJ ENM’s first collaboration with Amazon following its acquisition of MX Player last year, and is expected to serve as a pivotal step in accelerating the global expansion of K-content.



India, home to 1.4 billion people, is one of the world’s fastest-growing OTT markets. Driven by affordable pricing models and the rapid adoption of AVOD platforms, the market continues to expand alongside the country’s digital infrastructure, underscoring its massive growth potential.
