[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] SEOUL, August 26, 2025 — Lotte Corporation (KRX: 004990) announced on August 26 that Theragen Health Co., Ltd. will no longer be classified as its subsidiary, following the divestment of its equity stake.



Prior to the divestment, Lotte Corporation held 6,524 shares in Theragen Health, representing a 51.0% ownership stake. The book value of the stake was KRW 9.4 billion, accounting for 0.11% of Lotte Corporation’s total assets.



Following the divestment, Lotte Corporation’s consolidated subsidiaries now number 19, including Lotte Shopping, Lotte Chemical, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, and Lotte Wellfood.
