[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] On the 27th, SK Square announced its decision to dispose of 980,520 treasury shares. 

 

The disposal price is set at KRW 200,500 per share, amounting to a total expected transaction value of KRW 196.6 billion.


SK Square stated that the decision was made to allocate the shares to employees as part of its compensation plan.
