[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] On Tuesday, the exchange rate for the Korean won against the U.S. dollar was displayed on the electronic board in the dealing room of Hana Bank in Jung-gu, Seoul.



In the Seoul foreign exchange market, the won/dollar exchange rate closed at 1,473.2 KRW, up by 5.4 KRW from the previous trading day's rate of 1,467.8 KRW. 

 

 

The KOSPI index finished the day at 2,334.23, up 6.03 points (0.26%) from the previous day's close of 2,328.20. The KOSDAQ index closed at 658.45, gaining 7.15 points (1.10%) from the previous day's 651.30.
