[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Seoul, August 29, 2025 — PharmaResearch Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hoon Son), a regenerative medicine specialist, announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Vivacy, a France-based global aesthetics company, to spearhead the entry of its medical device brand “Rejuran” into the European market.



Vivacy, headquartered in France, is a leading player in the European medical aesthetics sector, with subsidiaries and offices across major cities. Through this collaboration, PharmaResearch aims to combine Vivacy’s robust distribution and marketing network with Rejuran’s aesthetic expertise to accelerate market penetration across Europe.



The contract, valued at KRW 88 billion (approx. USD 64 million) over five years, covers 22 European countries, including key Western markets such as the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. PharmaResearch plans to begin supply in Western Europe within this year, followed by a phased expansion across the continent.
