[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] HYBE has launched an audit on the use of corporate cards by other affiliated labels, saying it has detected "an attempt to take over management rights" by its subsidiary ADOR management.

According to Maeil Business Newspaper on the 25th, HYBE recently reviewed the expenses of executives and employees of its labels that use corporate cards and asked about the usage history of exceeded costs or uncertain sources.

In addition to ADOR, which includes New Genes, HYBE includes Big Hit Music, BELIFT LAB, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment and KOZ Entertainment.

HYBE launched an audit on the 22nd, saying it has found out the circumstances in which management, including ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, has attempted to take over management control. The HYBE audit team is known to have recovered the company's computerized assets by visiting the ADOR management business area.

HYBE suspects that they will try their own moves after securing management rights. It is also said that it has identified the circumstances in which the management of Adoor leaked confidential contracts to attract investors and even received inappropriate external consulting. HYBE plans to take legal action if necessary based on the computerized assets secured.

It was reported that CEO Min did not respond until the morning of the 24th, the deadline for answering audit questions sent by HYBE, and did not return laptops and other computer assets to HYBE.
