[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Hyundai Steel recently responded to media reports suggesting that it is in negotiations to sell its subsidiary, Hyundai IFC, to Dongkuk Steel. 

 

 

In a public disclosure on the 16th, the company stated, "We are reviewing various options for strengthening our overall business structure and improving management efficiency, but no decisions have been made yet."


The company further added, "We will provide a more detailed update or make a re-disclosure within a month once any concrete decisions are made."
