[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Netflix is aggressively recruiting top-tier generative AI experts for its gaming division, signaling a strategic shift toward building a next-generation entertainment ecosystem that integrates advanced AI technologies.

According to industry sources on May 5, Netflix recently posted a job opening for a machine learning researcher within its “Studio Media Algorithms” team based in Los Angeles.

The compensation package stands out: the role offers an annual salary ranging from $466,000 to $750,000 (approximately KRW 680 million to KRW 1.1 billion), highlighting the company’s urgency in securing top AI talent.
