[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] A, former head of strategic communication at Air Busan, told the Busan Northern Employment Office on the 9th that he had calmed down the company's CEO with "forced labor and harassment at work."

Former head of the department A said, "It offered to resign after being informed by the management on March 7 that it would dismantle its strategic communication office and put it on standby in connection with the formation of public opinion on the separate sale of Air Busan in the region, but continued to calm down, calling for targeted inspection and disciplinary action instead of accepting resignation."

"I heard that the management texted him to attend the disciplinary committee on March 15 without any explanation, and that he was suspended by a subcommittee of the disciplinary committee on March 20, which has yet to be notified as well as the reason," he said.

"Since late March, the management has been harassing them by forcing other employees to go to a small conference room on an inaccessible floor and does not give them any work," it claimed.

"There are allegations of additional irregularities involving former Director A, so we are delaying disciplinary action and continuing our internal audit," Air Busan said. "We will officially take disciplinary measures after the audit is completed."
